Big or small, tattooing is a process learned over many years that requires a great deal of effort and concentration on our end. It’s a process we take seriously because we know that when you leave our studio, those tattoos are with you for life.
All tattoos are different, and all of our artist approach their work and the design process differently.
Some tattoos require a great deal of preparation, we spend many hours outside of studio hours trying to keep people happy working on everyones designs.
With the exception of small tattoos and walk-ins, depending on the tattoo we will generally take a deposit for a booking, and the deposits for larger more involved work will usually include a design fee.
On average you can expect to pay $50-$100 deposits for smaller to medium bookings, and for larger work we will generally take a $200 deposit. This is considered more of a drawing fee for all the hard work we put in, but also to make sure you roll up on the day.
Our minimum charge is $150.
We can generally give you a ball park figure or fixed price on most tattoos before we book them.
Every artist will charge their own hourly rate for tattoos that take abit of time. But everyone is roughly $150-$200 per hour.
Day rates also vary but can be anywhere between $800-$1200 depending on who is doing your tattoo, what sort of work it is, and how much work is achieved on the day.
As a general rule for a day rate: Any large, detailed tattoo that we work on for 6 hours or more will be $1000.
We all work really hard for you guys when we take on a tattoo. We always do our best to be fair in our pricing and will always give you a rough idea of cost, or a finished piece price before starting your tattoo.
